Randy Willingham

Bobbi came to our office following a long career as a home-school mom. She and her husband have raised three outstanding boys. Originally from Bartlesville, Bobbi now resides in Northwest Oklahoma City. Bobbi is the chief 'problem solver' in our office. In addition to making our office a lot of fun, Bobbi also helps our customers with claims, coverage questions and helps resolve billing problems that pop-up from time to time. When not at work, you can find Bobbi enjoying the outdoors on a bicycle, paddle board or working in her yard.

Denise is originally from Michigan, but has been an Okie for the past 24 years.  She and her husband are the doting grandparents of four grand kids.  They're also the proud parents of an active Bull Terrier named Tech.  Denise has been an insurance professional for nearly 10-years.  She's the most thorough person in our office at explaining coverage.  All of her customers know the details of their policy before their coverage begins.  She does an EXCELLENT job in taking care of her customers!  

Bryan came to our office following his college graduation. Bryan attended high school through a charter program affiliated with Oklahoma City Community College. This program allowed Bryan to work ahead and graduate from high school with an Associates Degree. After high school, Bryan attended Southern Nazarene University where he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Bryan is one of the nicer guys you will ever meet. He is extremely family-centric, and is very involved in his local church. When not working, Bryan can be found cheering for his favorite sports teams, especially those in basketball!

Joshua came to our office through an internship program with Southern Nazarene University. Josh is a native of Mustang, Oklahoma and attended Southern Nazarene, where he majored in Business and Marketing. The Dean of the Business School gave Joshua her highest recommendation, and it's easy to see why. He's incredibly bright, very conscientious, and a very hard worker. We're so excited to have him as a part of our team. When not working , Joshua spends most of his time enjoying all things sports. He is an avid golfer, enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family at the lake. He's an all-around great guy!

Cole joined our team through an introduction by his uncle, who is a well-loved State Farm agent in Texas. Cole went to college at Stephen F Austin, where he served as a manager on the men's basketball team, before transferring to the University of Oklahoma. Cole is recently married. He and his wife and are the proud parents of a Boxer named Dexter. They are heavenly involved in their church and love all things sports. While not at work, you can find Cole playing frisbee golf and hanging out with friends!

Originally from Enid, Alex joined our team through a student-internship program through Southern Nazarene University. Alex is an outstanding student, as well as a contributing player on the SNU football team. He was recognized by SNU as a top student, where he is working to graduate from college a year early. Alex is studying finance and enjoys helping customers understand the importance of making smart decisions with their insurance. When not at work, you can find Alex hanging out with his good friends!

Dyanna joined our team following a successful career at a Christian university. She's an absolute delight to work with. Dyanna is very kind, conscientious and detail oriented, which makes her a natural fit for helping customers with questions. When not working, Dyanna and her husband enjoy keeping up with their (almost) grown kids. They are avid sports fans and enjoy "all things family". Dyanna boasts that there is not a better (and more accurate) caddie for her husband's golf game than her. They are a great family.

Laura came to State Farm after a long career in healthcare. Her reputation of taking great care of patients easily transferred in to her now taking great care of our customers. Laura and her husband still live near where she grew up in Mustang. They are very involved in their church and in the lives of their adult kids. When not working, Laura enjoys exercising, reading and watching rom-com movies!

Jacob came to our office through an internship program with Southern Nazarene University.  He has become our very own 'Jake with State Farm'.  Always willing to help, Jake's career with State Farm has been a perfect fit with his personality.  He exemplifies what it means to be a truly Good Neighbor.  When not working, Jacob and his wife like working with the youth group at their church.  He is highly competitive, loves sports, and likes everything that ends with the word '____ball'!

Kristin joined our team following a long career as a homeschool mom. She is our resident "utility player", helping our office with a variety of projects. Within a normal week, you can find Kristin helping with various administrative activities, visiting referral sources, and trouble shooting areas that can help our office serve our customers better. When not at work, you can find Kristin exercising, walking her three-year old lab named "Boo", and keeping up with her kids. She is a joy to be around and makes our office fun!
